LONDON – The aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth or Elizabeth II is the flagship of the British Navy.
With a series of sophistication, this one ship has succeeded in tracking down spy submarines from China.
The Elizabeth II aircraft carrier was made in 2014 and was completed in 2019. This ship is the largest aircraft carrier in Britain and has qualified specifications.

As for her dimensions, the ship has an overall length of 280 meters (920 feet), a width of 70 meters (230 feet) at deck level, a height of 56 meters (184 feet), a draft of 11 meters (36 feet), and a range of 10,000 nautical miles (12,000 mi; 19,000 km). As for the weight, it can accommodate up to 70,000 tons.
Meanwhile, the flight area of the Elizabeth II aircraft carrier reaches 13,000 square meters or the equivalent of 49 tennis courts or three soccer fields.
With this area, the ship can accommodate more than 40 combat aircraft.
