ROME, 09 FEB – Extension to 30 June 2023 of smart working for fragile workers and for parents with children under the age of 14 in the private sector even in the absence of individual agreements and “provided that this method is compatible with the characteristics of the service ”. This is what is foreseen by an amendment to the Milleproroghe presented by the Pd, first signed by Antonio Nicita and approved unanimously in the Budget and Constitutional Affairs commissions of the Senate.
