Nevertheless, the shortage on the labor market is above all a problem, says Saskia Grit, labor market adviser at the UWV in Zwolle. “In healthcare, people are less likely to be helped, trains and buses are not running, the catering industry is crying out for staff: there are really things that are getting stuck at the moment, because there are too few people for it.”
