NTB.Suara.com – Rieta Amilia admitted that her ex-husband, Gideon Tengker, had a history of illness. In fact, Gideon has been sick since Nagita Slavina and Marsha Tengker were little, namely during elementary school (SD).
“So, dad is from Gigi (nicknamed Nagita Slavina) Elementary School, yes, it’s already sick,” explained Rieta Amilia.
Rieta Amilia has been married to Gideo Tengker since 1986. However, around 1998 or 1999, at that time her husband was sick and was being cared for by his mother-in-law. Then, Mami Rieta had to take care of Gigi and Caca, as Marsha called her, since she was little she was a single parent.
During the 20 years of separation, Rieta did not even know the exact condition of her ex-husband. Even so, his children still communicate with Gideon Tengker, who has been a top guitarist since the 1980s.

Nagita Slavina confirmed that her father did have a history of illness. This pain has been suffered since Nagita Elementary School.
In fact, Nagita had already asked the doctor. Raffi Ahmad also added that Gideon’s illness was related to nerves.
“Papa was diagnosed with nerve pain,” said Raffi while holding the back of his head.
Rieta Amilia added, the nerve pain is in the brain. Nagita also confirmed because he had asked the doctor.
Because of this illness, Gigi said, her father had to be disciplined in taking medicine. If you don’t take medicine, the pain will recur.

“There were several times when I stopped taking medication, so it usually relapsed. Likes to relapse, “explained Gigi.
Rieta Amilia stated that her ex-husband often had relapses if he didn’t take medicine. He also asked for prayers for Gideon to be healed.
“It’s repetitive. If you don’t take medicine, you will definitely (relapse),” he explained.
Raffi added that because of the illness, his parents-in-law’s emotions often fluctuated. Gigi added that her father’s illness must be followed by consulting a doctor diligently and taking medicine.
Rieta Amilia with Nagita Slavina and Raffi Ahmad gave this explanation via the Rans Entertainment Youtube channel last September 2020, when Gideon wrote strange things on his Instagram.
One of them was Gideon complaining that his children and grandchildren never saw him. It is known that the guitarist has been living in Bogor, avoiding Jakarta’s traffic jams.
Recently, Gideon Tengker, accompanied by attorneys, appeared and planned to sue Rieta Amilia over the property.
After this case surfaced, netizens said that Gideon was indeed experiencing a psychiatric disorder. However, her adopted daughter, Riska, denied the allegations.
“Who said daddy is crazy? Nope. Papa is not crazy,” said Riska, quoted from the HITZ MAKER YouTube channel, quoted on Tuesday (21/2/2023).
Riska emphasized that her adoptive father was in good health. In fact, normal activities, and can be invited to chat with their children.
“Papa still talks well, smoothly, connected, invites children to play, invites children to eat, nothing strange,” he explained.
