Denpasar Sound – The multi-talented artist, Raffi Ahmad finally spoke out about his father-in-law’s feud regarding Gideon Tengker’s lawsuit against Rieta Amalia.
Raffi Ahmab hopes that the problem will be resolved quickly and that there is the best way to deal with this problem.
“Just pray, hopefully the problem will be resolved quickly,” said Raffi Ahmad in the Tendean area, Jakarta, quoted by Suara Denpasar from suara.com, on Monday (13/2/2023).
However, the husband of Nagita Slavina was reluctant to comment on this matter further.

As is known, Rieta Amalia and Gideon Tengker divorced in 2013. However, until now, Gideon Tengker admits that he has never received a share of the joint property as long as the two of them are still married.
Gideon Tengker’s lawyer, Erles Rareal, said that Rieta Amalia has owned several assets during their time of marriage.
“There are several assets from the marriage, such as a house, a place of business, that has been in the hands of Rieta’s mother for a long time,” said Erles Rareal.
Gideon Tengker said that he once provided an opportunity for Rieta Amilia to meet to discuss the matter of dividing assets. However, there is no good faith from those concerned.
“After all, the husband and wife are bound by marriage, of course this matter (gono gini) must be discussed together. But after waiting, there was no talk from Mrs. Rieta,” said Erles Rareal.

Because of this, Gideon Tengker took legal action to fight for his rights from this treasure while he was Rieta Amalia’s husband. The lawsuit is planned to be submitted to the South Jakarta Religious Court on February 15, 2023.
Until now there has been no definite explanation regarding which assets Gideon Tengker will sue against Rieta Amalia. However, there is one thing that will be sued for sure, namely the Frameritz production house that they built.
“Not all of them have been recorded. That’s for later, because I don’t know all the assets. One of them is probably Frameritz, yes, all his efforts were during the marriage,” said Gideon Tengker. (*/Dinda)
