Douglas Engelbart would be proud. A lot has happened since this engineer created that primitive wooden mouse that ended up becoming the first of a long lineage.
The evolution of this peripheral has been amazing, and it is demonstrated by the Razer Viper Mini Signature Editionthe lightest mouse that this manufacturer has built in its entire history.

A high-flying mouse (and price)
Its weight is in fact only 49 grams, which represents 16% less than its previous light model, the Viper V2 Pro. To achieve this reduction, a magnesium alloy exoskeleton has been used —they evaluated other materials such as plastics , carbon fiber and even titanium—which stands out for its weight/resistance ratio.
The casing is especially noteworthy for that mesh with triangular holes which according to the manufacturer offers better durability than competitive designs based on honeycomb shapes. An injection molding technique has been used for its construction.
This wireless mouse, which can also be used with a cable, is geared even for gamers thanks to its Razer Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor, plus Hyperpolling Wireless technology that offers true wireless polling rates of 4,000 Hz.
We are facing a high-end mouse that comes with a presentation that is not typical of the segment, and that together with its benefits tries to be another argument for its high price.
