Pharmacosmos, revenues up 31%
Farmacosmo, a company active in the Health, Pharma & Beauty sector, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italianaannounces that the Board of Directors has reviewed certain management data (revenues and main business KPIs of the Company), which have not been audited, as at 31 December 2022.
Fabio de Concilio, President and CEO of Farmacosmo, commented: “We are very proud of the results achieved in just nine months since the listing. The strategic objectives that we set ourselves during the listing phase for 2022 have been achieved and we have created the foundations for the future development of the Company. The pharmacosmo.it portal, up 30% compared to the previous year, shows a marked improvement in all the main Business KPIs: growing customers, number of orders, loyal customers, Average Order Value and Conversion Rate.
The four M&A operations (purchase of the ProfumeriaWeb portal, Pharmàsì, Baucosmesi and the first three physical pharmacies), which have closed in recent months, together with all the initiatives set up, will fully demonstrate their benefits during the 2023.
As promised in the IPO phase, we are pursuing our industrial plan: expansion of the physical pharmacies network under the Pharmacosmo brand, entry into the beauty sector also in the luxury segment, expansion of the offer in the pet care sector, development of Q-commerce and entry into the digital health business.
2023 will see the company committed to making the structures acquired more efficient through the numerous revenue and cost synergies already identified and launching new strategic digital initiatives in the wellness ecosystem.
