However, Paul Rudd admits that He found the training process for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania much tougher than in previous Marvel movies.
“I worked really hard to get back into shape for Quantumania, and I realized, ‘My God, this is much harder than it was (for the latest Ant-Man project). I had fallen more than in the past. Suddenly my clothes are tight. And I thought, ‘God, this sucks. I can’t even wear these pants.’
So I’d say to myself, Well, I might as well have some of these cookies. He was irritable and self-conscious. I just wasn’t in a good mood. I really hit myself,'” the actor said in an interview with People magazine.

Nevertheless, Rudd noted that his determination and work ethic were key in achieving good physical fitness..
“I can be a hyper-focused person if I have a goal. If I’m doing one of these movies and I know that in four months I have to do a shirtless scene, I’m pretty prepared,” explained the interpreter.
“I also try to find a happy medium. I could exercise hard and eat perfectly and still look worse than most of the other Avengers,” Rudd added jokingly.
