Overijsselaars trumped by Limburger in battle for Best Driver title

Not Monique van Haaf or Ank Bijleveld, but a Limburger is the Best Local Administrator of 2022. It concerns Petra Dassen-Housen, the mayor of Kerkrade. It turned out not to be the only setback for our province last night.
