Campos adds: “Roma need a better equipped team to win something in Italy”
Nuno CamposPaulo’s former assistant coach Fonseca at the Roma, he spoke to the microphones of Calciomercato.it broadcast on TvPlay. Here are his statements.
Mourinho?“Mourinho is a great coach. He has many teams interested, we are talking about Chelsea, even PSG, even though he has a contract. He has won many titles. Just that they follow him. Roma can and must play to win trophies, always. However, there are also other teams aiming for victory and are better equipped to bring the Europa League to the table. Roma?“Before thinking about achieving success with Mourinho, Roma need a better equipped team to win something in Italy. At the moment it is not at the same level as teams like Inter or Juventus.”
Fonseca?“Fonseca did a great job in Rome. Rome is a complicated and difficult place to manage, there are so many pressures”.
Pinto?“Thiago Pinto is very professional. He is a great professional, I really like how he works. Now he may have difficulties on the market, maybe the club can’t spend a lot, but he has always done his best ”.
