The former Honda team manager: “No one is clearly stronger than the others, apart from Marc”
In an interview with MotoGp.com, former Honda team manager Livio Suppo spoke about the next MotoGP World Championship, which starts in a month: “I expect a very tough season. We have had four world champions in the last four years: it means that the sport is very balanced, it’s not like when only Marc Marquez dominated.”
However, according to Suppo, the Catalan rider remains by far the best talent of the lot: “We have gone from the “Fantastic Four” (Valentino Rossi, Casey Stoner, Jorge Lorenzo and Dani Pedrosa), to the “Fantastic Twelve”. There is clearly no one stronger than everyone else, apart from Marc Marquez. But we don’t know if he’ll be the same as in 2019.”
On the Ducati: “It has a very strong team, but not only the factory team, also in Pramac. I think Jorge Martin is a clear contender for the title.”
