Since its entry into the market in 2015 with the HPS, the reborn FB Mondial has presented a series of interesting models ranging from motards to classics in a neo-retro style, with 125 and 300 cc engines. The latest arrival among the eighth of a liter is the Spartan 125 that you see above in the photo. A motorcycle that makes the simplicity of the lines its strong point, with a clean design characterized by a nice round headlight equipped with modern LED lights, a teardrop tank, flat saddle with visible stitching and aluminum side panels reminiscent of those of the Moto Guzzis.
Encased in a steel frame is the engine, a modern single-cylinder four-valve 124 cc with electronic injection system and control unit signed Dell’Orto. The declared values are of 11,5 CV a 9.000 giri/min. and 9.5Nm of torque at 7,500rpm. The suspension sector sees at work a fork with traditional 37 mm stems and a double rear shock absorber with a stroke of 64 mm. The braking system uses two discs, operated by a combined system: this solution, mandatory by law if there is no ABS, distributes the braking action on both discs even if a single command is pressed. The saddle is 80 cm from the ground, the tank has a capacity of 15 liters and the curb weight declared by FB Mondial is of 125 kg.
