Metroid Prime Remastered It has presented very few changes with respect to the GameCube original, in addition to the usual HD update, there has also been a change in the face of Samus Aran. The change in Metroid Prime Remastered is significant enough and more realistic.
In every game, the reveal of Samus’s face is always a part of any Metroid game. While the 2002 Samus had much longer and thinner eyebrows. For its part, the 2023 one has them thicker towards the nose and thinner as they move forward. Her nose is slightly hooked in the remaster, and her cheekbones are much more prominent than they used to be. Her lips have a defined Cupid’s bow, the part of the upper lip below the nose that dips in the middle creating two small peaks on either side. In 2002, her upper lip was not as well defined. Finally, her ears appear to be smaller and rounder than in the original Metroid Prime.
Metroid Prime Remastered is now available on Nintendo Switch. You can see the comparison of both faces below.
