For the first time, Yoshi’s Island will be part of Mario Kart
What most caught the attention of the advance is that Wave 4 will include a track never seen in the franchise and that will be inspired by the classic Yoshi’s Island. In addition to the music, various elements of the game can be noted, such as its characteristic art style.
Additionally, not to be out of place with the Yoshi’s Island franchise, it was announced that Birdo, a Super Mario character who debuted in the racing series in the Nintendo GameCube title Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, will return to the main series. As seen in the trailer, it will be possible not only to select the original Pink Birdo, but also a wide variety of colors.
As we told you, Nintendo did not offer a release date, but limited itself to revealing a release window for next spring, so we will have to wait longer to find out the availability details and what the other 3 tracks and more content will be. which will accompany Birdo and the Yoshi’s Island Course.
