Lourdes Leon Ciccone, Madonna’s daughter, is now one of the most loved and followed faces in the fashion world where she has managed to carve out a good career. It is therefore not surprising that she is often invited to the most coveted fashion shows in the world to follow them from the first rows of the front row such as the very recent one by Marc Jacobs. This time, however, something went wrong: Lourdes was kicked out by one of the security guards and was forced to go home without doors to attend the event.
But what happened? For several years, Madonna’s daughter has been the official ambassador of the Maison Marc Jacobs, so she was regularly on the guest list of the show which was held on February 2 in New York but unfortunately she has been turned away since her arrival. The reason? She would simply have arrived late, therefore when the fashion show had already begun. However, many insinuate that it is just a publicity stunt invented by the designer, given that the look sported by Lola (and ended up in all the newspapers) is part of an unpublished collection of hers.
