The report was published by Joe Henry, one of Anthony’s brothers-in-law, who has been married to Melanie for 35 years, the youngest of the Cicone sisters and brothers, and who, unlike most of the family, held a cordial treatment with the deceased, as he shared in the publication in which he regretted his death.
