More than eleven years ago, De Velde returned from his last trip around the world. He considered not returning after he had found paradise in Micronesia. But he couldn’t get the look in his son Stefan’s eyes out of his head. “I thought a lot about Stefan, I missed him. And so there, in that ultimate paradise in Micronesia, I decided that I had to go back.”
