MOSCOW, 03 FEB – The European embargo on refined petroleum products, which must enter into force on February 5, will lead to “further imbalances on the markets”, after the one already applied to Russian oil exported by sea last December. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, quoted by Tass. (HANDLE).
