SuaraCianjur.Id- The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has sent a clarification invitation letter to former Director General of Taxes, Rafael Alun Trisambodo (RAT), regarding his State Administration Wealth Report (LHKPN).
The clarification is scheduled to be carried out on Wednesday, March 1 2023, at the KPK’s Merah Putih Building, South Jakarta and will be led by the Director of the KPK’s LHKPN, Isnaini.
Quoted from Antara, “There has been no confirmation (attendance), but indeed the invitation letter has been received by the person concerned today,” said Plt. KPK spokesperson Ipi Maryati in Jakarta, Monday (27/2/2023).
Ipi also explained that the RAT would be clarified regarding all matters relating to the ownership of assets registered in the LHKPN.

Ipi also stated that the KPK had followed up and coordinated with the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Finance regarding the Analysis Results Report (LHA) from the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) regarding RATs.
“Regarding the LHA PPATK, the first thing is that we ensure that all data information submitted to the KPK, both from agencies and from the community, we ensure that it is followed up. But what form, I cannot convey and what results I also cannot convey in detail,” he said .
The name Rafael Alun Trisambodo became a public concern after his son, Mario Dandy Satriyo (MDS), became a suspect in the abuse case against the son of the GP Ansor central administrator, Jonathan Latumahina.
Public attention is increasing because MDS often flaunts its luxurious lifestyle on social media, raising questions about RAT’s wealth which reaches around IDR 56 billion.
KPK Deputy for Prevention, Pahala Nainggolan, stated that RAT’s assets of Rp. 56 billion did not match his wealth profile.

“Jumbo isn’t prohibited, if you look at the announcement there are lots of jumbo ones, but the problem is the profiles don’t match. So don’t be jumbo, this is a ministry, if the profile matches it’s okay. For example, the father of the sultan, his inheritance is so big, there are also officials who so,” said Pahala Nainggolan in Jakarta, Thursday (23/2/2023)
The Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati, has removed Rafael Alun Trisambodo from his position as Head of the General Section of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, Ministry of Finance II to facilitate the process of examining his assets.
