ROME, FEBRUARY 28 – The United States will allocate more than 10 billion dollars to Ukraine by September to cover part of the country’s budget deficit. This was reported by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal after a meeting with US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, who is visiting Kiev. “This year, Ukraine’s budget deficit is about $38 billion.
