He also confirmed that the United States (US) had transferred stocks of artillery ammunition from Israeli territory to Ukraine.
“The United States took most of the Israeli ammunition and delivered it to Ukraine,” he said, which was launched Thursday (2/2/2023).
Netanyahu added that his country is also helping Ukraine by preventing weapons production in Iran.
“I won’t go into details, but Israel is acting in a certain way against Iran’s production of weapons used against Ukraine,” he said.
In November, then Israel’s Defense Minister; Benny Gantz, said Israel simply did not have the production capability to supply Kiev with the Iron Dome system.
“The scale of our production is lower than export requirements. We don’t have a large enough production base for what Ukraine needs,” Gantz said.
