Is there a spy balloon hanging over Twente?

What’s in the air above Twente? RTV Oost received several reports this afternoon of a balloon above Twenthe airport. The white balloon was also visible above Hengelo. But what is it exactly? Are the Chinese also spying above Twente? The solution is probably much simpler.
