ROME, 06 FEB – The maximum amount of layoffs rises from January to 1,321.53 euros gross equal to 1,244.36 euros net. The INPS specifies this in a circular in which it recalls that the indemnity is 100% revalued with respect to the price increase. The amount of the redundancy fund is equal to 80% of the salary of the worker placed in the fund up to the maximum ceiling which has become single starting from 2022 (previously there were two depending on the level of salary). The amount rises to 1,585.84 euros gross and 1,493.23 net for wage integration treatments granted to companies in the construction and stone industry due to seasonal inclement weather. For the salary integration allowance in the Credit Fund, the indemnity rises up to a maximum of 1,902.81 euros for gross salaries exceeding 3,803.33 euros. In 2023, the maximum amount of unemployment benefits (Naspi) payable in a month is 1,470.99 euros. You are entitled to 75% of your salary up to the salary threshold of €1,352.19. If it is higher, 25% of the difference between 1,352.19 and the ceiling of 1,470.99 euros is also added. (HANDLE).
