Laçin does not want to confess where he was the day Engin was murdered. Yekta has discovered that his wife is being unfaithful and he suspects that she was with his lover that night.
At Engin’s funeral, Yekta sees a strange rapprochement between Murat and Laçin, and begins to suspect that he might be the person with whom his wife is being unfaithful.
Humiliated, he betrays Laçin to Pars! He assures the prosecutor that Laçin lied in her testimony and that she may be the one who helped Engin escape.
His goal is that by having to testify, Laçin has no choice but what he did that night.
Laçin is going to testify and when he was about to confess that he was with his lover that night, he backs down and remains silent.
So, Yekta sets a trap for Murat. She makes him believe that Pars has called him to tell him that the woman is going to be arrested for helping Engin escape from the hospital.
Then Murat, for trying to protect the woman he is in love with, tells Yekta that he is going to give himself up: “I will take responsibility.” Yekta is very surprised: “Do you love us so much?” Does he think that Laçin and Murat have a relationship?
It seems that the Tilmen’s driver prefers to hide the love that exists between him and Laçin.
