Suara Bandung.id – Ferry Irawan often uses Venna Melinda’s money for her own personal life, such as to pay debts on online shopping platforms.
It even seems that Ferry Irwan made Venna Melinda a figure as the backbone of the family who has the obligation to support herself and her husband
Through her attorney, Venna Melinda conveyed a statement regarding her hard-earned assets which turned out to be used by her husband.
“Including, among other things, all the money spent by Mrs. Venna for Ferry’s needs, including paying Ferry’s online debt at Shopee,” said the attorney, quoted from YouTube Sambel Lalap uploaded on (23/2/2023).

“Toll money, gas money, pocket money, cigarette money, (cost) transportation (where) he didn’t go with Venna,” he continued.
Venna Melinda said that she and her lawyers would file a lawsuit against Ferry Irawan regarding a number of assets that her husband had to provide for her.
From this statement, the household life that Venna Melinda and Ferry Irawan had lived was not as beautiful as shown on social media.
“In our case (Venna Melinda and attorneys) as the defendant, Mrs. Venna will file a counterclaim or counterclaim.”
“Those suing all (types of alimony including) mut’ah alimony, iddah alimony, Madiyah alimony,” continued Venna Melinda’s legal representative which she said when they had just left the Religious Court Session room.

For information, the three types of alimony namely Mut’ah, Iddah and Madiyah proposed by Venna Melinda to Ferry Irwan are the rights of a wife that must be fulfilled by her husband.
First, Wafkah Mut’ah as a form of consolation or gifts in the form of money or goods from ex-husbands to ex-wives who have been divorced.
Second, Iddah income is a type of living in the waiting period that must be received by the ex-wife from the ex-husband during the wife’s iddah period, the period of time may differ depending on the conditions.
Third, Madhiyah alimony is past alimony meaning that it is the previous alimony that the husband should have given to his wife.
But the alimony has been neglected or not implemented by the ex-husband to the ex-wife when this couple was still bound by a valid marriage.
