We are going to explain to you how to add the midjourney bot to your discord server, so that you and the rest of the users of your channel can create images from text. The way to do this is different than the normal way to add bots to Discord, so there are a few things to keep in mind.
Midjourney is one of the coolest AIs for creating images from text, and it’s currently only available on Discord. You can use it both from its official Discord channel and by inviting the official bot to your server, which is what we are going to teach you.
Add Midjourney to your Discord server
To add Midjourney to your Discord server, first you have to access the official AI server in this app. You can do it by entering the address discord.gg/midjourney. Remember that you must have created a Discord account to be able to use this social app.
Once inside the Midjourney server, you have to click on the button to see the list of members of any of the channels where you are. In the user list, click on Midjourney Bot to display your options.
A menu will open with information about this bot and the commands you can use. when it opens, click on the button add to server which will appear in the window.
Doing so will open a window in which the process of adding the bot to the server begins. Here, you just have to choose the server you want it to go to from the list that you will have with everyone in which you participate, and when you do, click on Continue.
To complete the permit, you will have to give the bot the permissions it asks for on the next screen, and you will also have to do a Captcha to verify that you are a human. When you do, the bot will enter your channel.
And that’s it. Now you just have to start using Midjourney on your server. The way to do this is to type /imagine, and in the prompt box type what you want to see. The image will be generated in a few seconds.
