We met the Trentino globe trotter at the Motor Bike Expo for a public chat. Here’s how he deals with his travels

We have known and followed the adventures of Rosario Sala for some time and it is always a pleasure to meet him in person. What better occasion than Motor Bike Expo to have a chat with the Trentino globe trotter? So we invited him to come and visit us on stage for one of our talks during which we talked above all about how to start travelling, how to leave the famous comfort zone to embark on a long journey to unknown places and, as in his case, almost always alone.
Rosario told us about his beginnings and the difficulties that can be encountered, but also how he has always faced and overcome them even though he is neither a professional driver nor a kid anymore. You spoke to us about mental attitude, about a positive thought that allows you not to get discouraged and not panic when you find yourself in a difficult situation. And when asked alone or well accompanied, Rosario has no doubts: traveling alone allows you to internalize the experience more.
Rosario Sala is leaving in May with his Kamchatka raid that will take him to Japan astride the Yamaha Ténéré 700. We at Moto.it obviously won’t lose sight of him.
