– 250 ml of water

– An adult thumb’s worth of ginger
– 1 tsp cardamom (+/- 5-7 grains)
– 1 clove
– 1 tsp coriander
– 3.5 cm of cinnamon
– Pure Honey (Raw Honey)
Ways of making:
1. Boil water and ginger until it boils
2. Put the ginger boiled water into a glass containing cinnamon, cloves, coriander and cardamom
3. Let it sit until the water is warm
4. Then add honey when the water is warm
5. Ready to drink
Zaidul Akbar recommends drinking it regularly to help overcome uterine problems and hormones to return to normal.
