Hamid S., suspected of violent death Jihad Jafo, will remain in custody until the first trial

The 46-year-old Hamid S. from Den Ham, who is suspected of involvement in the violent death of Jihad Jafo from Enschede, will be detained longer. The court’s council chamber determined this afternoon that Hamid S.’s pre-trial detention will be extended by ninety days. This means that S. will remain behind bars until he has to answer to the court in public for the first time.
