Suara.com – Chairman of the DPC Gerindra Party, Indramayu Regency, West Java, Kasan Basari admitted that his party had not received a copy of the letter regarding Lucky Hakim’s resignation from his position as Deputy Regent of Indramayu.
“We were never spoken to, whether it (the resignation letter) is true or not we don’t know because we were never notified,” said Kasan Basari when contacted in Cirebon, Tuesday (14/2/2023).
Kasan admitted that he had not received any letter regarding Lucky Hakim’s resignation from his position and he also did not know for certain whether it was true or not.
Gerindra became Lucky Hakim’s party when it advanced in the 2020 Pilkada to partner Nina Agustina as Regent of Indramayu from PDIP.

Kasan was reluctant to comment further for fear that it could turn into a wild ball so his party just waited for the process to continue.
“What is certain is that (the resignation) is an issue that is being built, that is rolling because we have never been consulted, so we have no comment because this could become a wild ball,” he said.
The resignation letter for Deputy Regent of Indramayu, Lucky Hakim, has been widely circulated in cyberspace. The letter dated February 8 2023 addressed to the leadership of the Regional People’s Legislative Council (DPRD) of Indramayu Regency contained a resignation request and a statement of stopping as Deputy Regent of Indramayu for the 2021-2026 period.
In the letter, Lucky stated that he was unable to carry out the mandate as Deputy Regent of Indramayu, so he submitted his resignation and hoped that the DPRD leadership would follow up on it.
“With this, I am submitting my resignation as Deputy Regent of Indramayu for the 2021-2026 period, starting from the date this resignation letter was signed,” Lucky wrote in the letter.

Until this news was published, the chairman of the Indramayu Regency DPRD, Saepudin, could not be confirmed regarding the wabup letter because he had been contacted several times via his cell phone with no response. (BETWEEN)
