MILAN, 13 FEB – Gas prices still decreasing on the Amsterdam market, a reference for Europe: methane futures for delivery in March ended the first session of the week at 51.7 euros per megawatt hour, down by 4 % compared to closing on Friday. The decline was also favored by the partial recovery of exports from the Freeport LNG terminal to the United States after an eight-month stop, with the value of gas thus reaching its lowest level since December 2021.
