From Monday 20 February on Dazn “We are one – The series” will be available, a production that retraces the 2021-22 season of Sinisa Mihajlovic’s Bologna, created by the rossoblù club. Dazn and Bologna have chosen February 20, the birthday of Mihajlovic, who passed away on December 16, as the release date of the series, dedicated to the memory of the Serbian coach.

The series, in five thirty-minute episodes, recounts Bologna’s entire season with unedited images and without filters: Mihajlovic’s speeches in the locker room, the daily life of the players, the tensions and moments of joy of a group made up of players from seventeen different nationalities. It is the path – technical, psychological, human – that leads to the construction of a team that will be able to react even to the most unpredictable adversity, that of the forced absence of the coach, hospitalized in the final part of the championship, but always in contact remotely with his boys. “This series, which covers the entire 2021-22 Bologna season, completely created with internal resources at the club, should have been published in December – says the CEO of Bologna Claudio Fenucci -. At the time, however, we decided to postpone the exit due to the worsening of Sinisa’s conditions. It seems right to us to publish it now, on a symbolic date such as his birthday, to allow everyone, Bologna fans and non-Bologna fans, to see directly, with exclusive and unpublished images, how much passion he carried out his work with, despite the heavy cycles of care, and how the team, staff and society have dealt with an unprecedented situation.
