When football player rhymes with “doctor”
Call them “doctors”. Not because of specific skills in the field of medicine, but for that laurel wreath they wore after months spent between books… and football. So farsighted as to think well in advance of their future, many footballers have obtained their degree while they are (or were) in the prime of their activity. In the past it was the turn of Chiellini, Ogbonna and Mertens, today in Serie A there are many students and… some “doctors”.
