The tycoon Elon Musk has been constantly linked to technology, owning large companies in the industry such as Tesla, SpaceX and recently the social network Twitter. This is why he is usually invited to participate in forums on this subject, the last of which was held during the World Government Summit in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
On the occasion, Musk was asked his opinion about Artificial Intelligence ChatGPT, the popular chatbot developed by OpenAI, assuring that it is “one of the greatest risks for the future of civilization”, adding that it is something “positive or negative and has a great promise, a great capacity”, but that “great danger is coming”, as they indicate on CNBC.

“I think we need to regulate AI security, frankly. I think it’s actually a bigger risk to society than cars, planes, or medicines. AI has been very advanced for a while. It just didn’t have a user interface that was accessible to most people,” Musk said.
Alert that to finish, he delivered assuring that he has no participation or interest in OpenAI, adding that “it was initially created as an open source non-profit organization. It is now closed source and for profit. I do not have an open participation in OpenAI, nor am I on the board, nor do I control it in any way”.
