Dani Pedrosa: “Superior Ducatis, that was clearly seen at Sepang”
In an interview with Dazn, KTM tester Dani Pedrosa took stock in view of the 2023 MotoGP World Championship. The Ducati is once again the reference point bike for everyone: “We can’t say whether the Ducati is better or not to that of last year, but it is clear that at the moment they are superior, at least as far as we saw in Malaysia. In those days I went to observe the track and they seemed to me to be very fast bikes in every type of corner and on every part of the track , they all seemed comfortable.”
On individual riders, Pedrosa has clear ideas: “From what I’ve seen, one of the best was Jorge Martin. Then there’s Pecco Bagnaia, who is the reigning champion and will try to defend his crown. Last year he He was champion with so many mistakes, something never seen before. All he need to do is crash less to do better”.
The possible dualism with Bastianini: “He will be eager to show his value and will be motivated by having the world champion by his side.”
