One of the steps in Karlos Arguiñano’s cachopo de veal recipe involves breading the schnitzel, and the chef has shown a way to present them.
Arguiñano has improvised when preparing the dish with a unique and original touch that, the chef assures, sometimes he does and “turns out very well”, leaving the escalope very beautiful when cooking it.
