After reporting the increased availability of PlayStation 5, Sony has launched a nice celebratory campaign aimed at paying homage to both the coveted console and the large community of enthusiasts and the experiences that can be enjoyed thanks to the platform. With the aim of celebrating the Italian community, Sony Interactive Entertainment Italia has joined the chorus of “Latest news” with the spot “Live from PS5 Latest News from Italy” presented by Diana del Bufalo. As can be seen in the next trailer, the commercial revolves around the reproduction of a huge PS5 installed for the occasion in Largo dei Lombardi, in the beating heart of the capital. The creation of the faithful reproduction of PS5, with its over 5 meters of height, required more than 30 days of work and employed a team of 25 people. The structure was built with a strong green footprint, thanks to the use of zero-impact and fully recyclable materials (such as polystyrene, metal and meta mark), water-based paints and solar panels.
Live from PS5 isn’t just commercials, though. In order to actively involve its community and allow each user to become the protagonist of the initiative, Sony Interactive Entertainment Italia has announced the contest “PS5 Reporter for a day”: until February 19, just upload a video, an audio or a short text of a “news” on the extraordinary phenomena related to the PlayStation5 world that are “manifesting” in your city to the PlayStation Gamer Board platform, to become a special envoy of the PlayStation universe.
