The two-year sentence applies to troublemakers who have used a weapon or who have seriously assaulted someone. Minor offenses such as theft, minor assault or drug trafficking will result in a one-year ban from the hospitality industry. Fighting or paying with counterfeit money means no more going to all catering establishments in an area for three to six months.
