After care director Trees Zwienenberg of the bankrupt home care agency Solace ATC was ordered to pay 1.2 million euros for the damage in the bankruptcy, the entrepreneur appealed to the Supreme Court last week. This means that there is still no final judgment in the settlement of the bankruptcy, which has been dragging on since mid-2016.
