SEMARANG VOICE – The owner of PSIS Semarang plans to independently build a stadium located in Mangkang, Semarang City.
The Mangkang Stadium, called the PSIS Semarang Boss, has an area of 5 hectares or 4 times the size of the Training Center in Salamsari Boja Kendal.
Regarding its construction, PSIS Semarang boss Junianto has revealed plans to build the Mangkang Stadium which will make it the only club in Indonesia.
Serving as Commissioner of PSIS Semarang, Junianto focuses on the physical infrastructure that supports a football club.

Currently, continued the PSIS Semarang shareholder, TC Salamsari has been built in Boja, Kendal Regency, with a capacity of 1,000 seats and can be added.
After building the TC location which has a players’ hall, futsal field, badminton and gym, the Semarang PSIS boss revealed plans to build the Mangkang Stadium.
“Our stadium, which is in Mangkang Kaliwungu, has an area of 5 hectares. This is the (Training Center) four times,” said Junianto, who acquired PSIS Semarang shares earlier this season.
On his Instagram account, @anto_van_java, Junianto also revealed when the Mangkang Stadium will be built.
According to the Semarang PSIS boss, not in the near term, because they have to complete the Salamsari Boja TC first.

To build TC Salamsari, which was originally called the PSIS Semarang club, he had to spend quite a lot of money.
He said with a joke “you have to reach deep enough into the pockets of the right and left” and currently the construction process has been going on for a year.
“We’ll wait, let’s build the infrastructure first,” continued Junianto regarding the construction of the Mangkang Stadium.
Most recently, the PSIS Semarang boss reported that TC Salamsari had reached the stage of working on the stands.
Later it will be continued with the construction of a gym for the players and then a gym as a supporting facility.
For the edge of the field, the plan is to make a videotron so that it will be more attractive, in addition to installing 4 bright light points so that the field can be used at night.
Then where is the location of the Mangkang Stadium referred to by the Semarang PSIS Boss, which is adjacent to the Kaliwungu Kendal area.
“Next to the Mangkang toll road,” he said.
If the Mangkang Stadium is realized and belongs to PSIS Semarang, this club will set a record.
Namely PSIS Semarang became the first club in Indonesia to have a private stadium, because so far the clubs still rent stadiums when they are going to play. ***
