SuaraCianjur.id – Polda Metro Jaya has denied the confession of Bripka Madih, a member of the Jatinegara Police Provos who was extorted or asked for facilitation payments by investigators of Rp. 100 million and 1,000 square meters of land when handling a land dispute over his parents’ land.
The reason is, from the results of the investigation it was claimed that it was found that the remaining land belonging to Bripka Madih’s parents was less than 1,000 square meters, so that Bripka Madih’s claim was deemed unreasonable.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko said that in 2011, Halimah, Mrs. Bripka Madih first reported this land dispute case with the reported party named Mulih.
However, in his report the area of land in question was only 1,600 square meters, not 3,600 square meters as claimed by Bripka Madih.

“There is an inconsistency as to which one is correct, but in legal facts what we got here is 1,600,” said Trunoyudo at Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Friday (3/2/2023) evening.
In the case reported by Bripka Madih’s mother, Trunoyudo said, investigators had examined 16 witnesses.
Based on the results of the investigation and examination of the witnesses, it was finally found that the plot of land with girik number 191 had been sold by the father of Bripka Madih on behalf of Tonge.
Quoting suara.com Saturday (4/2/2023), this sale is claimed to be accompanied by evidence in the form of nine Deeds of Sale and Purchase (AJB).
“There has been a sale and purchase by becoming 9 AJB and the remaining land or land from girik 191 with an area of 4,411 which has already been with AJB covering an area of 3,649.5 meters, meaning that the remaining is only around 761.5 square meters,” said Trunoyudo.

Furthermore, Trunoyudo said that the nine AJB had also been examined by investigators to ensure their authenticity.
The inspection was carried out by the Inafis team and it was confirmed that the thumbprints on the AJB were identical.
“This identical fact was sold by Tonge, who is the father of Madih, who was sold from 1979 to 1992. This means that when his father sold it, the person concerned (Madih) was born in 1978, meaning he was still small,” said Trunoyudo.
“Our logical reasoning thinks, when there is a statement that we are asked for a prize of 1,000 meters, while the remaining 761.5 square meters. If we ask for a prize of 1,000 meters, it means that there is no land, it doesn’t make sense,” he continued.
Trunoyudo said that his party planned to confront or confront Bripka Madih with TG, the investigator who is said to have asked for the facilitation payment. Even though the current TG has retired.
“We will conduct a confrontation even though the investigator is retired,” he said.
