Selebtek.suara.com – Giorgio Ramadhan (24), the driver of a Fortuner car numbered B-2276-SJD, who acted arrogantly and pretended to be a hero by damaging and crashing a Honda Brio in Senopati, South Jakarta after being named a suspect and handcuffed by the police.
Giorgio’s legal team, Arif Fadillah, said that his client was sad and regretted his actions after being named a suspect in the vandalism of Ari Widianto’s Brio car.
“In principle, everyone who experiences a disaster must be down, the language is a little sad, for sure,” said Arif when confirmed by the media crew, Tuesday (14/2/2023).
Giorgio called sorry. He said Giorgio had apologized for the incident.

“Especially to his parents, friends, why did this happen. The point is he regrets that this incident could happen,” he said.
Previously, Giorgio’s attorney, Revi Laracaka, provided clarification regarding the case that occurred. Revi explained the client’s version of the chronology of events.
“Initially, the Fortuner car entered from Jalan Gunawarman towards Jalan Senopati towards the Youth Statue. Our client did not drive against the current, but the road went in 2 (two) directions,” said Revi in a press statement, Monday (13/2).
Revi said his client had conveyed an apology to the victim. But already regretting and apologizing, Giorgio continued to argue that he had no intention of causing any damage.
“Previously, our client apologized to Mr. AW and his family and also to the people who had watched the viral video. My client actually did not intend to do the things in the video, but frankly our client’s emotions were provoked,” said Revi.

Revi further said that his party respects AW, the driver of the Honda Brio car, who is taking legal action regarding this case.
“Mr. AW, through his attorney, said that Mr. AW wanted to exercise his legal rights. Basically, our client respects Mr. AW’s legal rights and will always be cooperative in every ongoing investigation and legal process at the South Jakarta Metro Police,” he explained.
