Sumatran voice – Four people responsible for stealing railroad iron were arrested in West Ledong Village, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. Two of them are members of the TNI and Polri.
The four perpetrators who were arrested, namely Aiptu DP (47), Serda S, a resident with the initials IP (31) and a 15-year-old teenager with the initials D.
While the evidence secured was one truck and 17 pieces of railroad iron.
The incident occurred on Saturday 4 February 2023. Their action was discovered by a PJKA employee and then thwarted it.

“It’s true that there was a theft yesterday. Now it’s being handled by the police,” said Public Relations Manager of PT KAI Divre I North Sumatra Anwar Solikhin, as quoted by suarasumut.id, Monday (6/2/2023).
Head of Public Relations of the Asahan Police Iptu Defi Endah Susanti said the perpetrators who were secured were at the Asahan Police for examination.
“Info from Criminal Investigation is still under investigation,” he said.
