The lawsuit took place after a large-circulation magazine, which belongs to this business group, published both on March 25 and 27 a couple of articles related to Legarreta, in which, -the lawyer stated in an interview with ” Forbes” – had “directly and intentionally damaged the honor and good image” of the host of the “Hoy” program.
“When analyzed from a gender perspective and in a concatenated manner, they corroborate that (the magazine) acted illegally and maliciously against Andrea Legarreta,” exposed the legal specialist.
