SuaraBandung.id – The case of abuse that occurred to the child of GP Anshor administrator, David, establishes a new suspect, namely Shane Lukas Rotua Pangondian Lumbantoruan.
The suspect Shane was involved in the Mario Dandy abuse case because he was suspected of instigating the abuse to occur.
During the persecution, Shane also recorded the incident using Mario Dandy’s cell phone.
Now, on social media, a video uploaded by the Instagram account @viralsekali, is suspected of being Shane.

In the video, Shane can be seen grinning before being shown by the police in front of the media.
The video then invited various netizen comments.

It is known that Shane Lukas Rotua Pangondian Lumbantoruan was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection.
