MILAN, 06 FEB – A 20-year-old girl died yesterday at the San Raffaele hospital in Milan, after ten days in a coma, due to an anaphylactic shock after eating, according to the first investigations, a suspected vegan tiramisu, however , contained traces of milk to which the girl had been allergic since birth. The product, called ‘Tiramisun’, was withdrawn from the market today by the Ministry of Health due to the “risk of the presence of allergens” as it would contain milk proteins not indicated on the label. Prosecutor Luca Gaglio has opened a file against unknown persons for manslaughter and ordered the autopsy. (HANDLE).
