Related puzzles mysterious object which was shot down by United States of America (US) horrendous seems to begin to unfold. A report stated that one of the objects that was shot down was a balloon launched by a hobby club.
But what intrigued me was that the US had to use a Sidewinder missile costing USD 400 thousand or around IDR 6 billion to destroy a balloon whose nominal value was only USD 12 or IDR 181 thousand!
The Northern Illinois Bottlecap Balloon Brigade reportedly told Aviation Week that one of its balloons was missing, and it was likely one of the objects the US Air Force shot down using a Sidewinder heat-seeking missile.
“I’ve been trying to get in touch with our military and the FBI – and just got out of the way – to try to tell them about a lot of things that could be going on. And they don’t seem to be smart enough to shoot them,” said Ron Meadows, whose company in California designs pico balloons. to Aviation Week.
The club said they had tracked the direction of the silver pico balloon. Its last reported position on February 10 was at 38,910 feet off the west coast of Alaska.
A pico balloon that resembles a party balloon is required to be flown at great altitudes, then track its flight path as it travels across the world.

According to reports, a pico balloon can cost anywhere from $12 to $180.
According to a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) tracking tool, the balloon will fly over the Yukon Territory in Canada on February 11 or the same day the US says it has shot down a mysterious object over the area.
The similarities are quite interesting, with the US saying the object shot down by the F-22 fighter jet was “cylindrical”, and flew at the same location and at the same altitude as the hobby club’s pico balloon.
