Denpasar Sound – A female student with the initials NMDS (16) was killed by her lover in Denpasar, Bali. The murder was carried out after having intercourse, and it was discovered that the girlfriend was pregnant.
The murder occurred at the house of perpetrator I Kadek Juniarta (18) on Jalan Gunung Batur Gang Carik III Number V, Pemecutan West Denpasar on Tuesday afternoon (7/2/2023).
According to Denpasar Police Chief, Bali Kombes Bambang Yugo Pamungkas, the murder started when the victim (NMDS) came to the perpetrator’s house (Kadek Juniarta) at noon at 13.00 WITA (7/2/2022).
At that time, Kadek Juniarta immediately took the victim into the room to have sex. At that time, the girlfriend claimed to be pregnant.

When the victim was about to go home, the perpetrator immediately snared the victim’s neck with a shawl from behind until she fell.
The perpetrator then pressed the victim’s neck using both hands until the victim fainted.
“The perpetrator choked the victim’s neck until he fainted, then snared the victim’s neck using a scarf until the victim died,” said Bambang during a press conference at the West Denpasar Police, today, Wednesday (8/2/2023) afternoon.
After the victim fainted, the perpetrator took the victim to the living room, then the perpetrator took back the shawl that had fallen in the room and entangled the victim’s neck until the victim did not move at all.
NMDS’ body was then taken by Juniarta to the warehouse and put the victim in a sitting position then the perpetrator went to deliver rice to his mother’s shop.

At 17.00 WITA, the perpetrator’s older brother returned home and called his mother that someone had fainted at the house.
Knowing that, the perpetrator came home and told that the person who fainted was his girlfriend.
The perpetrator admitted to his sister that he strangled his girlfriend because she was pregnant.
