ROME, 19 JAN – The recruitments activated by private employers in the first ten months of 2022 were 6,935,000, with an increase of 14% compared to the same period of 2021. Terminations, on the other hand, were 6,285,000, an increase compared to the same period of the previous year by 21%. This is indicated by the Inps Observatory on precarious employment, updated to last October. The net change in employment relationships is therefore positive and equal to 650 thousand, of which 359 thousand on permanent contracts (which also include conversions from fixed-term contracts) and 148 thousand on fixed-term contracts.
