Forza Motorsport made a comeback at the recent Developer_Direct and left very good impressions. However, many players were disappointed to learn that the racing title remains without a release date. For this reason, Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, explained why this important fact was not confirmed at the event.
For now, we know that the title will arrive sometime in 2023 and some sources say that it is still months away. We now know that Turn 10 will still be keeping its release date under wraps for good reason.

Spencer clears up doubts about Forza Motorsport and its lack of a date
During a recent interview, Spencer stressed that Forza Motorsport will be one of the big Xbox releases this year. So fans need not worry about the lack of a release date.
The manager assured that they will reveal this information when the premiere of the game is closer. He also noted that Turn 10 developers are working hard to meet expectations and deliver what fans expect.
“I know there were some questions about the date of Forza Motorsport, because we just revealed the year. Everyone should know that the quality that Turn 10 brings to Motorsport, if you look at their track record, is going to be present in this game. That’s what’s most important first and foremost, and we’ll definitely give a date when we’re a little closer. But we just wanted to reassure people that it’s a 2023 game,” Spencer confirmed.
So, fans of the franchise will have to be patient and wait a little longer. As we mentioned, recent reports state that its debut is months away and that it will probably be one of the great premieres for the second half of the year.
